About the Artist:
Mike Allred is an artist, writer and inker who actually began his career as a television reporter in Europe. His early comic book work included DEAD AIR, GRAFTIQUE MUSIQUE and GRAFIK MUZIK.
His most famous work, though, was on MADMAN, for which he was nominated for several Harvey Awards. The rights to MADMAN have been purchased by Robert Rodriguez who is in preproduction work on the movie with Mike listed as co-director.
Other unique experiences included art work for the movies, MALLRATS, CHASING AMY and THE FACULTY and an appearance as himself in CHASING AMY.
More recent work includes THE GOLDEN PLATES, X-STATIX PRESENTS: DEADGIRL.
